Tips for Booking your Summer Rental at Higgins Beach

We have tremendous interest in our Higgins cottages so in an attempt to be fair, emails will be answered and weeks reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All rates are plus 9% state lodging tax, 5% Service Fee (includes Damage Protection of up to $1000 of reported accidental damage), and cleaning fee.

TIP: Consider and list more than one option in case your 1st choice isn't available. There are several cottages showing available weeks that are currently on hold for return renters. Including a second and third choice will help expedite the process!

Reservation Confirmation will be emailed, and a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the balance due is required within 7 days to confirm.
